Student Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to inspire and inform prospective students.

The ideal candidate is passionate, engaging, and has strong customer service skills. You will engage with potential students, provide information about our courses, manage leads, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Strong presentation skills and experience in student recruitment or outreach roles are essential. You must be able to engage well with diverse audiences from Gen Z to career changers.

As a fully remote company, you should thrive when working full-time virtually, communicate clearly, and demonstrate strong initiative and independence.

Salary: £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days pro rata plus statutory holidays
Pension Arrangements: 8% pension contribution and salary sacrifice scheme 
Probation Period:  6 months 
Notice Period:  3 months after probation
