TCLA, the largest online community for aspiring lawyers, has launched its new SQE forum, in partnership with The College of Legal Practice

TCLA, the largest online community for aspiring lawyers, has launched its new SQE forum, in partnership with The College of Legal Practice.

The SQE forum is a completely free forum for current and prospective SQE candidates. The goal of the forum is to provide transparent information in relation to preparing and studying for the SQE, and provide a space for students to ask questions within a supportive community.

In the SQE forum, students will find information from past SQE candidates to learn how to manage their time, develop a study plan and revise for the exam. They will also join a community of prospective SQE candidates to find support in their educational journey.

Jaysen Sutton, founder of TCLA, said:

“After speaking to prospective and current SQE candidates, we saw that there was substantial uncertainty and a lack of transparency in relation to the SQE. I am excited by the opportunity to have a real impact in supporting students and increasing access to information. I would like to thank The College of Legal Practice for partnering with us in a way that could make this forum accessible to all.”’

Dr Giles Proctor, CEO of The College of Legal Practice added:

“We have heard first-hand from many prospective candidates who are concerned about taking the SQE, and we hope that this partnership will help alleviate people’s fears and help them perform in the SQE to the best of their abilities. The College is very pleased to be playing a key role in giving candidates real student-led insights about the SQE and an opportunity to learn from each other through TCLA’s innovative SQE forum.”
