Access to your course
All our all learning is hosted on the College’s Learning Portal - Canvas, and Zoom is used for individual and group sessions. You can find the minimum IT requirements for using the systems here.
Your College log-in
You should receive your COLPASS Student Number and password via email once you have enrolled on a course that will give you access to the Learning Portal. You can access the Learning Portal via this link or through the website.
If you are having any problems accessing or using the learning within the Learning Portal, Canvas, or Zoom, please contact IT Support on: 0207 760 7486 or email email@example.com. Support is available outside normal working hours.
Course Related Enquiries
If you have any questions regarding your course content, assignments or supervisions please contact your supervisor. You can email them using your Canvas Inbox. Please note that you may have more than one supervisor across your courses.
Academic Progress and Individual Support
We provide a range of study support for you while learning at the College:
Surgeries with academic supervisors
Regular whole group surgeries, run by experienced legal practitioners, together with discussion boards, create an engaging virtual learning community that will support you for the duration of the programme.
You meet with your allocated supervisor on a regular basis to discuss and get individual feedback on your engagement and the progress of your learning journey.
Your personal tutor provides pastoral and wellbeing support. You can contact them by email and you’ll have regular appointments to discuss any pastoral or other wellbeing issues.
We care about the Mental Health and wellbeing of all our students, that’s why we have a comprehensive package of free wellbeing support available to everyone learning at the College.
As well as having your assigned Personal Tutor, we have partnered with Spectrum Life to ensure you have all the wellbeing support you need to succeed.
Whether you wish to access materials online yourself, refer yourself for counselling directly or seek advice about anything from improving your mental health or support with parenting the College and Spectrum will support you.
Everyone in our Student Services Team is trained in Mental Health first aid, so if you’re not sure where to seek support or what sort of support you need, please contact our Student Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 3884 4112.
